I arrive at the motel and find a clean and quiet property. the owners are friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. the cottage I stay in has a kitchenette, which is handy for preparing meals, and a clean fridge with a freezer. the grounds are well taken care of and provide a safe space for children. the surrounding area is also beautiful, with spectacular sights to explore.
The shower in the cabin is quite small, making it a bit inconvenient for bathing.

Our stay at Rachel's Motel And Cottages was worth every penny. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff treated us like valued guests, making us feel welcome and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

During our recent stay at Rachel's Motel and Cottages, we were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen in our cottage. It had a full-size fridge/freezer and cooker, making it easy for us to prepare our meals. The cottage was larger than expected and very clean, with a comfortable bed and ample hot water. We also appreciated the convenience of having an on-site laundry facility. Despite being in a remote location, there was a gas station and grocery store nearby, which was a big plus. The motel itself was clean and comfortable, with branded bath materials provided. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Rachel's Motel and Cottages to others.

Very clean, helpful staff, great play area for kids, on-site campfire option. Good value for money. Stayed in motel section before, prefer cottages with kitchen. Great location near gas station and food market. Surrounding area beautiful, perfect for nature lovers not interested in camping. Old TV, slow wifi, but had everything necessary for a short stay. Green space for children, enjoyed barbecue. Nice attractions nearby like Point Prim Lighthouse and Hanna's Bottle Village. Friendly owner, smooth check-in and check-out process. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fridge and coffee maker in room. Plenty of towels provided. Adequate heating for cool evenings. Booked for one night, ended up staying for entire holiday due to satisfaction. Loved staying in cozy and quiet cabins. Would stay here again if visiting PEI.

The property was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere during our Christmas stay. The beds, although older, provided a sound night's sleep. the room came equipped with coffee, a pleasant surprise for a quick overnight stay.
While the property had its positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks that should be considered. the wifi connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

The location of the motel is perfect, with beautiful surrounding countryside and easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the rooms are simple but clean, and come equipped with coffee making facilities. the friendly hosts ensure a smooth check, in and check, out process. the motel also offers a large, child, friendly lawn and swingset play area for families to enjoy.
Limited TV channels and slow wifi can be a drawback wanting to relax indoors, but with the stunning natural surroundings, it's easy to stay entertained outside.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Rachel's cottages twice now, and both times have been fantastic. The first time, Jing was incredibly accommodating when I arrived late at night. The place was spotless and had everything we needed, including a play area for the kids. The owners even provided everything for a campfire. It's excellent value for the price, and my parents loved it when we returned with them. We're already planning our next trip for next summer!

Clean cottages, ideal location for exploring attractions, quick drive to Charlottetown, significantly cheaper than accommodations closer to Charlottetown, safe and friendly service.
Absolutely nothing.

We loved the quiet location, friendly owners, and affordable price. the accommodation was well-equipped and clean, with comfortable beds. Close to Cooper's Food Market and Point Prim Chowder House.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.
